Some of you may know this, but for those of you who don't, 3 Wide Life was created by a young racer named Alex Pruett. Alex was an avid race fan and won several races of his own. Alex consistently performed as one of the top young teen drivers in the rough and tumble world of National Sprint and Midget car racing. Alex passed away, but his memory lives on. Today is his birthday and it is also the day of his favorite event, the Chili Bowl.
